Hi, I’m Tori, the founder of Heritage & Pine Studio.

For more than a decade, I’ve worked in construction management and commercial real estate and development, managing ground up construction, capital improvements, amenity spaces and tenant interior fit outs. Along the way, I found myself continually drawn to the details that make a space feel finished — the artwork, furniture, lighting, accessories, and layers that turn a beautiful space into one that actually feels like somewhere you want to be.

That love of the finishing touches is what eventually became Heritage & Pine.

I created Heritage & Pine from a belief that a well-designed home doesn’t need to feel overly designed. The spaces I love most feel collected rather than decorated — a mix of old and new, pieces with character, natural materials, warm textures, and things that look as though they’ve always belonged there.

My style is rooted in a classic, timeless New England sensibility, influenced in part by growing up in Maine and the homes and landscapes I’ve always loved. But more than following any particular aesthetic, I believe your home should feel like you. Beautiful, comfortable, approachable, and meant to be lived in.

Today, I bring together my professional background in development and construction with the part of the process I’ve always loved most: creating the final layer of a space. Whether I’m styling a room that feels unfinished, sourcing the right pieces for a home, or helping bring warmth and personality to a commercial space, my goal is the same — to make it feel intentional without losing the character that makes it yours.

And outside of Heritage & Pine, I’m a wife, mom of two, lifelong New Englander, and someone who is almost always thinking about what I could rearrange, refinish, plant, or make a little more beautiful at home.

Heritage & Pine is an extension of that — a love for thoughtful spaces, timeless pieces, and homes that are beautiful enough to inspire you but comfortable enough to really live in.
